Package shipping for purchase over €120 (Peninsula only).

National shipping / peninsula:. Shipments are made by courier within 24/48 working hours or 72 hours after processing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the items and will always be delivered on working days.

a) 24/48 h working hours after processing your order  Standart cost : 4,50 € orders under 180 € and 5,20 € over 180€. 

- Canary / Balearic and Ceuta / Melilla shipments: Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made by courier with a cost of € 12 for the Balearic Islands, € 20 Canary Islands, € 15 Ceuta and Melilla within 4-5 days Working after processing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the items and will always be delivered on working days. In the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs expenses will always be borne by the recipient. Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, outside leandrabrand.com -

- International Shipping: We only ship to countries within the EU, will be made by courier with a cost that will vary depending on the destination, please consult for more information on delivery times and fares according to destination. In case of international shipments to non-EU countries or outside the EU, please send us an email to contacto@leandrabrand.com to verify the shipping cost and delivery times available. Customs / customs fees will never be included in the cost of the shipment or the product, being this or these costs the responsibility of the buyer always. The customs and tax policies will be those of the country of destination. In case the shipment is rejected, the amount of return and customs will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed. Returns of orders to destinations outside the EU are not allowed.

- VERY IMPORTANT - leandrabrand.com is not responsible for the failure to meet the delivery deadlines in case of: absence at home, lack of information in the data filled by the customer in your order, incorrect addresses, incorrect phones, causes of force majeure or local parties beyond our knowledge. Once the order has left our facilities it is not possible to make changes in the delivery address.  

When completing the form with your address, it is very important that you make sure to provide complete and correct information (including your phone number), since we shall not be liable in case of any mistakes in the delivery address.

We do not accept shipments to post office boxes.
