The return or exchange must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the article. If you want to return or change your order please follow the following steps:

CHANGE: If the item you have bought likes it, and you want another color, do not worry. You can change it, we'll take care of it! Please indicate in NOTES the new color. Only 1 free exchange per order will be valid.

IMPORTANT: Free color changes must be requested within 72 hours after receiving the item. After this period a new order must be made. Please note that the return period of the order in case of not being satisfied with the new color change is still the initial one including the delivery time of the new item for change (initial term 14 days from receipt of the order)

REFUND: If you want to return your item and we refund the amount on the same credit / debit card, with which you made the order, you just have to choose the refund option. As soon as we receive your request for return or change through our system within 24-48 working hours you will receive an email with the acceptance of your request or rejection if, for example, it is a change and there is no size / requested color or are requests for return sent after the deadline.

VERY IMPORTANT: Once you receive the mail request return accepted you can send us the package, not before. The package must arrive within the maximum initial period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. Returns will not be accepted, sent by postage or cash on delivery. The items must be returned new, unused and with all the components of its packaging such as seals, covers, clothes, gift box, and labels of origin attached to the garment as they were sent. The shipping costs are not refunded in any case. The free exchange option (1 change per order) is an option only available for domestic / Peninsula orders. For all other orders with another destination, it will be necessary to make a new order. All items that are damaged or altered in any way will be returned to the customer on delivery without any refund. In case you receive a box with our logo with your order, it is part of the product so it must be sent back protected, intact and without any sticker attached. It is not a box for mailing. Its cost is € 2 which will be deducted from the final amount to be reimbursed in case of not receiving it or receiving it damaged and / or with stickers.
